[Suspension Lunge] mainly exercises the leg muscles.

1. With your back facing the anchor point, your toes are in the same direction as your knees, your back foot is placed inside the foot circle, and your back knee is close to the ground.

2. When standing, use your thighs and buttocks to push your back foot back to the side of your front foot. Do 4 sets of 15-20 reps each.
