Back Slimming Exercises
①Lie prone on the mat;
②Place your hands behind your ears, lift your legs and upper body upward at the same time, hold for 1-2 seconds and then lower them .This action fully stretches the back muscles.
Note: When lowering, the speed of lowering should be slower than that of lifting up.
(Note: 20 times of the above movements, do 3 groups. Relax for 30 seconds between each group) If you insist on this method for a month, your back lines will be very obvious.
