How to relax arm muscles? How to relax forearm muscles?
People who work out regularly sometimes experience pain in their shoulders or wrists, part of which may be caused by overly tight arm fascia!
Today I want to share with you how to relax our arm muscles!
Suitable for:
Workers who repeatedly hold heavy tools (butchers, housewives...)
Racquet/stick sports players (tennis, hockey...)
Sports that use a lot of arms (rock climbing, extreme physical fitness)
A large number of users of computers and mobile phones (head-down people, addicted to mobile games, accountants, interior designers...)
Those who experience shoulder discomfort during daily movements (especially common among those who frequently perform a large amount of upper limb weight training)
Action preparation:
Use a barbell or massage ball, lie on your side (relax your target hand underneath), roll the barbell for massage or stay in a certain area to perform adjacent joint exercises!
Front of forearm
Back of forearm
Biceps
Triceps
40-60 seconds/each section
After the operation, you can add arm stretching to enhance the relaxation effect
Tip:
Stop immediately if numbness occurs
The force will stop when pain occurs in areas other than pressing
Perceived pain index is controlled at 6-8 points (1-10 point scale)
