< strong>Recommended warm-up exercises for shoulders: arm circles
The shoulder is a pivotal part, and almost all upper limb training requires the use of the shoulder! Many people ignore shoulder warm-up stretches. In fact, proper warm-up exercises before training can pre-warm the muscles you want to train, which can reduce injuries or improper exertion during actual training.
This action can not only strengthen but also activate the joints. It can also improve shoulder and neck discomfort
You can do it with bare hands, or use elastic bands or dumbbells! Usually we choose a small dumbbell!
The action is very simple
Keep your body standing straight, your spine aligned naturally, your shoulder blades slightly retracted and sunk, and then remain stable
1. Abduct your shoulders and raise your arms to the side parallel to the ground (at a 90-degree angle).
2. Start slowly drawing circles with straight arms (shoulder joint movement), When doing this movement, your breathing should remain the same as usual.
3. Continue the circular movement for about 10 seconds, and then start to reverse the circle and turn in the opposite direction.
Notes:
1.10 seconds counts as a set of actions, each drawing One circle counts one action step.
2. It is recommended that novices do it with bare hands!
