This recipe of high-protein chickpea mousse is the proof. It will satisfy your sweet cravings after your meal.

- 50 g Almond milk
- 50 g Skyr
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 20 g Vegan protein (chocolate muffin)
- 2 tsp Stevia
- 1 tsp honey
Preparation
Step 1: Whisk the chickpea juice with an electric beater.
Step 2: In another bowl, mix the Vegan protein powder, almond milk, skyr and stevia.
Step 3: Add honey. Mix gently.
Step 4: In a cup, pour the mixture and then add the chickpea mousse gently on top.
Step 5: Put in the freezer overnight and you can enjoy your dessert in the morning.
