Jessie is a Canadian girl who lives in Calgary, Alberta. She loves to laugh, lift heavy things, stand on her hands, walk often, eat incredibly good food, and relax a bunch.
Jessie describes herself as a fitness + lifestyle coach who loves to write. She is passionate about helping women elevate and transform their lives, and watching ladies fall in love with and really own their bodies.
Jessie especially is focused on educating women about exercise and food. She believe these things should always enhance our lives and never control them. Movement and nutrition are vehicles to help us embody our femininity, strength, and health.
Jessie specialises in female strength training and, more specifically, pre and postnatal exercise. She feels really lucky to be able to support women through the immense changes that happen through pregnancy and the postpartum period, as it’s a beautiful time of transitions. Mostly, she want her ladies to feel cared for at a time when they might not have as much energy or time to care for themselves.
